Brief Introduction

CNC Transformer Automatic Coil Winding Machine With Two Wire Guide ZPX500-2 can be used to wind different specifications of round or flat wires. The winding machine is provided with two wire guides, which can be used to wind two same coil simultaneously and significantly improve production effectiveness. One servo motor with 750w is used to drive the wire guide, which guarantees the precision start and stop action. Two axial coil stand is also provided along with the machine. Wire coil reel can be put on the coil stand. There are pneumatic tensioner on the coil stand for providing tension. Moreover, there are also five pulleys on the coil stand, which is for providing tension for round wire. With cantilever structure for touch screen, it is very easy to operate the machine.
